EAS projekt
Perioodil 1.09.2016 kuni 31.01.2017 viiakse läbi Euroopa Liidu Regionaalarengu Fondi kaasrahastamisel ellu projekt „Jogurti kiudainetega rikastamine, säilivuse hindamine. Eesmärk: teaduslikult leida lahendused kiudainete (nt. inuliini) kasutamiseks jogurtites. Arendada metoodika kiudainete sisalduse määramiseks jogurtites. Eesmärk on jogurtile lisaväärtuse andmine.
Tulemus: kiudainetega-inuliiniga- rikastatud jogurt on välja töötatud ja kiidetud heaks Saaremaa DeliFood Oü poolt 28.12.2016.
Projekt sai tuge EAS-i innovatsiooniosakute toetusmeetmest.

Saarema DeliFood Osaühingu projekt
Saarema DeliFood Osaühingu projekti „Aurugeneraatorite kaskaadlahenduse juurutamine energiatõhusa ressursikasutuse eesmärgil” läbiviimist toetab Keskkonnainvesteeringute Keskus ettevõtete ressursitõhususe programmi raames summas 125 000 €. Projekt on suunatud tootmises rakendatava soojusenergia optimeerimisele, katkestusteta tootmisprotsessi saavutamisele ning aurukasutustsüklis tekkiva jääkkondensaadi kasutusele võtmiseks. Lahenduse kasutuselevõtul väheneb aurutrassi pikkus ja seeläbi ka soojuskaod ning rõhukõikumised torustikus. Aurugeneraatorite kombineeritud kaskaadsüsteemi juurutamine võimaldab kasutada energia- ning veeressurssi märksa paindlikumalt ning väheneb vett pehmendavate kemikaalide rakendamise tarvidus.

International food safety management system certificate BRC
The company holds the international food safety management system certificate BRC grade AA in accordance with the standard ‘Global Standard for Food Safety Issue: 8 August 2018’.
The company complies with the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Estonia, the European Union and the international standard ‘Global Standard for Food Safety Issue: 8 August 2018’.
In accordance with the food safety management system, employees must have sufficient knowledge of food hygiene, the objectives of the food safety system, documentation and compliance with the requirements of the standard.
Authentic Product
Authentic Saaremaa product

‘Authentic Saaremaa product’ is a regional label that confirms the product is made in Saaremaa. The label confirms that the products are: ‘Made in Saaremaa in a clean environment’. We carry on the tradition of food production that has become important to Saaremaa. We use and improve the Saaremaa authentic product label.
Food Safety and Quality Policy
The goal of Saaremaa DeliFood OÜ is to offer high-quality dairy products based on the company’s vision and mission, following established legislation and ensuring food safety throughout the production chain.
To follow the company’s food safety and quality policy:
we produce and offer safe, quality, authentic and legally regulated products;
we ensure customer satisfaction through our product development and improvement;
we provide customers with clear and comprehensible product information;
we ensure that our use of resources is sustainable;
we use technology that enables efficient and high-quality work;
we prevent potential hazards and correct issues throughout the process, from sourcing raw materials to distributing the finished product;
we ensure that our employees have the necessary competence to manufacture our products;
we provide the company’s employees with suitable tools and a safe working environment to ensure food safety;
